Step 1: Set Up Your Integration

The first step is to register! We have sent you an email that says "Welcome to Logicbroker!" and you can set up your username and password. You are then able to proceed with setup below.

Set Up Users

You are able to control access to your users by adding, modifying or deleting users as you see fit. See the following article to set up new users: https://samsungmarketplace.logicbroker.com/hc/en-us/articles/4418045841684-Managing-Users 

Set Up Your Default Return Address

This is a required step that needs to be completed before moving to production with Samsung Marketplace. You will need to save your return address in the Logicbroker portal. Detailed instructions can be found here: https://learn.logicbroker.com/section/21/89 Or you can follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Settings --> Account Information --> Return Address:
   
   
   
   
2. On the Return Address page that opens, you'll want to enter your return address information and hit save:

Set Up Your Integration & Connection

For this marketplace integration you will be setup with Logicbroker portal access. All documents can be supported manually through our browser-based Portal.

• • Orders can be manually downloaded, printed or viewed
  • Acknowledgements (cancellations only), Shipments, Returns and Inventory can be created via the Portal.

Additional Connection Options

Logicbroker can also support automated integrations but you will first need approval from the FullBeauty Brand's Marketplace team. Automated options include API, or CSV over FTP connections.

We also offer additional connection options utilizing our Shopify connector (orders, shipments and inventory) and ShipStation connector (orders and shipments). These options may require a Logicbroker subscription, please contact the Sales team at sales@logicbroker.com for additional information.

Please note - the product feed will always need to be managed and updated in the Logicbroker portal.

Test Your Connection

• Portal - using your Logicbroker username and password, make sure you can log into the portal:
  • Portal: https://portal.logicbroker.com/ 
  • Familiarize yourself with the portal by navigating to different tabs/areas within the portal.
